   Practice Complaints Procedure

 

If you have a complaint or concern about the service or care you have received from the doctors or any of the staff who work at the practice, please let us know.  We operate a practice ocmplaints procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints.  Our complaints system meets the national criteria.  We hope that most problems that arise can be solved easily and quickly.  If your problem cannot be sorted out this way and you wish to make a complaint, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.  All complaints need to be addressed to the Practice Manager, or any of the doctors.  Alternatively you can make an appointment with the Practice Manager in order to discuss your concerns.  S/he will explain the complaints procedure to you and will make sure that your concerns are dealth with promptly.  Alternatively you can contact:
